Yep State Street doing their stupid games again. No doubt you will see people going around writing stuff on forums/news about why the new RR announcement is not good or whatever. They will always find some reason. But fundamentally you have to ask yourself, has anything really change in the last two days to make the stock 5% worse? If anything the PoG is going bananas up so .... There will be a reckoning for the likes of State Street.
