Yeah KA did say he will challenge the takeover deal, although he hasn't fully sold out his holdings just yet merely reduced it.
My first reaction was "oh he's going back on his words and giving up challenging the deal". But on the other hand, this could be a strategic move to let other entity to buy the shares (that he knows will vote against the takeover) in order to block the deal using "collective" votes.
Interested to see how this will unfold.
