Yes you are correct @southcoast27. According to this analyst summary from Morgan Stanley below. The ASX announcement of MS’s change in substantial holding makes sense.
But never understood the arrogance of Wall St on shorting ASX junior miners such as PDN and BOE when they knew this was in the pipeline. Guess it was not till the White House urgently rushed through executive orders to restart the US nuclear industry recently.
