This has bounced down 3 times when it's hit about $25. I have a feeling that if it gets past the $25 barrier, it may have a run up to about $30, Especially if the full year report is a good one.
HRC prices have maintained a level above $850 for a while now. And the NorthStar operation with it's expansion should be way above this time last year.
But with BSL, its traded at massive discounts for a long time now. So , you never know!
