Why would they do a loan? They dont owe FBR anything, it is FBR responsibility to get the share price up and show some pathway to real revenue.
FIL won't hold more then 10%, it is their mandate. Have a look they have never held more then that.
You don't seem to understand how this works, it wasn't FIL idea to do a CR, it was FBR that did the CR. FIL then took 53 million shares in the the CR, more then anyone. They sold 26 million after the cap raise at 0.6c, stop whinging about FIL. they supported FBR in the CR.
You seem to think FIL have some strategy, I disagree. I think they went in the CR, then either needed to take some off the table to help in the next CR or they were just annoyed that Bob kept mentioning them in takeover panel announcements.
