Ok, so I haven’t waited until we get a TO offer at 70 cents to work out what EEA’s average price is, I spent a few idle hours on a rainy day doing the numbers, and (subject to their next Ann Change in Substantial Holding notice, due any day), they currently hold an undiluted 56.5% of the Company:
Ords 1,008,398,889 at an average price of $0.1257 Options remaining 137,415,183 at $0.07
Not a bad effort at all, eh?
As a matter of curiosity more than anything, I also had a look at our only other SSH, being UAE based WMA, who hold a VERY STRATEGIC holding of 10.17% at an average of (roughly) $0.0952
I say curious, as it would be interesting to know if WMA are in any way ‘connected’ to EEA unofficially as a white knight, or have in fact taken this very strategic blocking stake of just over the 10% threshold, to counter any compulsory acquisition attempt by EEA
I guess I’m kind of hoping it’s the latter
and btw @FishiesPal they have not sold a single share along the way
