So the trust associated with LT sold another 89,691 shares @ av 54.3c since the last change 2 days ago. The trust has 36.3m shares remaining. I have no idea what his target sell down is, or lowest price he's willing to accept. He was granted the original 38m shares in the IPO for nil consideration. That equates to $19m at IPO price of 50c. Not bad for a couple of years research/permitting etc to bring the company to IPO. Once all the shares settle from the CR, GHY will have ~180m shares on issue so it will take 1.8m shares change in holding to trigger the next form 604. At current low liquidity that will probably take a few weeks to reveal if he's still selling
