Hey ahjay ,yes I believe Marc spent several days in both Sydney and Melbourne ,I’d thought the same ,as far as potentially rattling the tin for funds ,but then thought it possibly a bit unusual that Regal added 20 odd million shares to there tally in June ,on the back of Eofy re balancing,would they have done this if there was a cap raise just around the corner at a discount,they now own around 1/7 of the company and I suspect would be kept up to speed within guidelines of Immuteps plans.
That’s not to say a cap raise isn’t coming but perhaps at a much higher price and they thought it prudent to top up at current lows ,before potentially company making news.
Just my thoughts , here’s hoping anyway.
By my maths the company would of now received the preliminary response from the FDA type C meeting which is done within 5 days of the 75 days ,complete response by the FDA date
