BPT has been a very good trader's stock, and IMHO DB are very good at that.
They buy some and they sell some.
If the management was good at releasing good informations every now and then, it may wake up DB and stop selling and trading the stock.
Hence why the sp is and has been in a doldrum, since Adam was boy. While, on the other hand, other energy stocks are moving in leaps and bounds.
My thoughts,
