Not sure what to make of this...in short, Maui is willing to buy at another 5 cents above where the market closed today, which is nearly 100% of the price two weeks ago (35 cents on 25 May).

God news is that we will probably see 65 cents plus tomorrow.

Given the board crossovers between Maui and NFK, are Maui just there to make life difficult for MND and get in the way of a takeover.

Or doesn Maui have a genuine interest in NFK.

Given the board composition of NFK, will interesting to see whether the company makes a statement. They clearly have some governance issues to address.
