If we were in a bull market, I could see Maui acting to block MND or at least force them to pay a big premium.
In the current climate, cash is king, and blocking a bid is thus very expensive and high risk, so only conclusion I can see is that this stock is in play and during July we will see a bid.
But just speculation...
