Ann: Change in substantial holding , page-2

Eastern Advisors sold some stock to GGP. And under the terms of this sale they are not allowed to sell any more shares for 3 months. Then I guess this last change in holding notice relates either to the sale to GGP or other shares sold before this agreement.

Eastern Advisors have been selling down their holding in GGP for some time, and these sales have surely not helped the share price. The stock can always drift lower but maybe a turn around on the upside is not far away.
