This is such a weird situation. I've not seen this before. It does seem like they are brokering deals between shareholders. Was it retail holders that prompted this?
I think they need to explain what happened. What the relationship is to restore trust.
I guess this is what happens when a very experienced operator meets a cashed up first time CEO. Serendipity. I hope the rest of the strategy relies on good management rather than accidents.

Clearly though Hopper knows something we don't maybe brokering the next deal who knows. I'm not sure we have seen the last of it.
