I am very glad to see that 4 of the top management personal bought into the company.
they sure do have the best seat in the house to take such decision, therefore, it boasts all of us confidence

However, As a shareholder, I wouldn't mind having a bit more transparency or at least a few more detail from management as to the DEAL that went behind the screen. with offloading 85 million shares.

elphmate, as you observed there are around 55 million shares gone somewhere.
few simple words from the management would have gone long way for me as a shareholder. I admit I am a sucker when it comes to transparency. but it goes hand in hand with ethics, it demonstrates integrity and definitely raises my confidence in the top Executives.

Since money is the name of the game, my personal assessment of management is noted but takes the second seat. ( just an old grump)

the bottom line is the future sustainable growth in revenue and profits margins
