Sometimes a supply/demand imbalance can overpower the fundamentals. This is one of those times. I'm not saying it makes fundamental sense for the shares to go way lower. It's just that Macquarie is not going to sit on the shares and hope they go up. They're going to sell them, and it's hard to sell the quantity they'll end up with without driving the price down.
