Looks like the sub holder got this one wrong and I am guilty to of paying more but I wish the directors would have the guts and fortitude to Buy the stock on market.
Some hold none and others a very few shares . In my opinion they need to all Increase their holdings to be in financial alignment with all other shareholders afterall it is their Actions that Drive the Business.
They need to share in the fruits of their results like everyone else .
The performance of this stock is woeful to put it bluntly but time is a potential healer given their recent actions . The Board must think this will rectify the performance so they need to show it by financial committment to back their decisions.
Thats my view for what it is worth.
