Their last notice Feb 21. Looks like 1,493,021 shares purchased May 24 to Nov 24 (average ~$1.39), 845,630 shares sold Jan 25 (average ~$2.21). SPP was June 2024 as Milakoala suggests, and they must not have participated. Difference between previous and current notice 647,391 shares which is the difference in the Buy/Sell activity May 24 to present. They have more shares than at Feb 21 but a lower %. Nothing wrong with buying and selling at a profit I guess.
