re: Ann: VXR: Change in Substantial Sharehold... Sort of suggests (hopefully) their original buy of 14.52% was a mistake.
We know they didn't participate in the entitlement 2:11 offer which is why they've been diluted to 12.9%.
However, VXR can still, within the next 3 months, sell 150M shares at 2c to anybody silly enough to pay that for them, hopefully NST aren't!
Sort to a good question to ask at the next AGM - why buy the stake in the first place and, given we no longer seem to be keen on them, what's changed and who's been held accountable?
