    My understanding is the constitution says TRQ can only sell 14.9%
    Until the bid gets over 50%
    In reality the Chinese need 35% before they can buy the rest of TQR shares

    I see there were about 30 changes in substantial holdings for MEP

    Only 29 to go for the Chinese
