Comparing the Risco Form 604, Notice of change of interests of...

Comparing the Risco Form 604, Notice of change of interests of substantial holder update (released 27-Aug Aug), the 23-Aug and 24-Aug daily number of Risco votes effected significantly exceeds the daily TAP share volume traded on the ASX for that day. I can understand the daily number of Risco TAP shares purchased per day be lower that the number of TAP shares traded on the ASX, but can someone explain how can the number of TAP shares purchased by Risco in a day be greater than the number of TAP shares traded on the ASX? Where the additional (non ASX) Risco shares being purchased from ?
