At this rate, it looks like the side deal is gonna be a take over at 1 cent, either by the Colombian national mining company or Chinese international company. I am inclined to believe the later, since Dr Minlu Fu has the most shares, any deals from Chinese company could potentially be sealed pretty quickly.
