Why does a company make these changes if they put in their Announcement - "At this stage the Company has not concluded what the material changes will be as a result of this change in accounting policy."? An intelligent person would have to assume that these things would've been weighed up by the Board, and assessed, before making a decision. Am I missing something here?

Does not inspire confidence in Business Acumen, or understanding why these decisions were made. Hard to fathom the meaning of this at all. At the very least it seems to be lacking transparencey to me.
