Would always prefer companies be a bit circumspect with new offices before they actually have some sort of turnover. However rents are more of a bargain these days with Covid and a lot of firms realigning with more work from home employees. Also Brisvegas has more buildings coming up such as 300 George and the new Queens Wharf development. So I’d assume they got a good deal.
