Gees im now wondering and hope Victor don't own the office property at Freo and he hasn't signed CTR up for a mid to long term office rent lease commitment especially now as office rent prices are dropping fast.
With all the research you appear to do, have you done a property owners titles search reg: Freo. No biggy if not,, i might try later have a look via Gov landgate wa, just out of curiosity..

Rastes. Conflict of interest?? A director having an interest in a company that provides services to the company for which he is a director? Maybe you should also look that one up when you are checking up on the owners of that property and giving all of us the answer. Thanks.
