I kinda have to agree SUT... where a lot of businesses are reviewing suppliers / vendors and costs, trimming off the excess so to speak... and we go to fancy exensive real estate ?? What, does a multitude of customers come thru the door each day where you need to have a good presentation ? I suspect not
