They definitely deserve it, but I think Jerko will be trying to get the most bang for his buck - and I'm not sure if great views fall into that realm. He has been brilliantly astute using the money he's raised so far, and it seems in his nature to make every dollar go as far as it can.
On the other hand, I would see the advantage of nice headquarters when courting potential future off-take partners. Money talks as they say.
Anyway, its just good to see the Argosy ship moving on-wards and upwards regardless of the luxury of the new HQ. It definitely instils confidence in me that the future is bright when a manager like Jerko believes its necessary to go out and expand.
