This ANN is probably nothing or it might mean something other than a change of address, the registered offices of a company are normally at the accountants office. The address is associated with Nexia Australia so are they the new accountants? they might have always been the accountants and this ANN is just moving the registered office from the business address to the accountants office.
Just jumping at shadows, am hoping that it means something and JRL has just got new high powered accountants to deal with the international tax treatment of the sale of the asset.
Is there such a thing as high powered accountants or are they all just vanilla?
