IMO the GRR proposal (Southdown - Posco) may require a FIRB no objection ruling. FIRB has a 30 day period to respond. Agree Miningnut the AGM shareholder approval may one of the final CP's for the transaction to close and waved through by shareholders. Also the offtake contracts expiry is due 2022 so extensions of the related party offtakes may be part of the AGM vote next month. Next Port Latta vessel ETA later today and is cross Bass Strait.
