Look at the Bionomics 22 AGM vs the 23 'GM' no remuneration report resolution, nothing on re-electing director resolutions . To vote in '23 'GM' you had to use your HIN/SRN number, if we move to ADS do we still have a HIN? Is this just an underhand way of avoiding a second strike? Part of me would like to think it is being delayed so they can roll out some of their scheduled data read outs. Given their capacity to miss so many deadlines I am more leaning to a cynical move by the board.... who after mid November may be untouchable!
