The "dodgy" reporting also didn't stop the sp rallying by a factor of 10 in the last year. You didn't seem to be concerned while you held and the market has shown it is not worried about it but you warn us about it well after the fact.
I don't expect you to believe anything I post despite the fact that I will say I believe everything I post. I certainly don't believe that you are here to warn others. Right or wrong, I do believe you are hoping the sp corrects below your exit price so that you can get back in after seeing how well the company has progressed. If you can't see the progress and likely upside and you are seriously thinking some possible minor accounting error of past years offsets the strong upside of this stock and this sector then I think you really shouldn't be offering advice to others. The more posters like yourself tell others to sell with no credible reason and especially with no credible arguments against the growth to date and the forecast growth forward for the sector and the company, the more it seems to everyone else that you are just trying to talk it down so you can buy cheaper.
That error in itself was not a major concern at the time. (It was actually in 2015/16). Grant Thornton missed it in 2015, but forced MWR to re-issue the 2016 unaudited statements.

But when a combination of risk factors keep showing up, then you should get worried.

Gleneagle received options as remuneration. They have every incentive to pump the price.

Auditor resigned with no explanation.

Frenzy-like following on HC. Tend to bid prices to overvaluation.

Directors are converting options early. One director started to sell some.

MWR has not yet proven to be sustainably profitable to justify the current share price.

NTA backing is approx. 25c per share. Yep - a loooong way down if this blows up.
