The only time it's a good sign when an auditor resigns is if the company is going to a big4 or larger auditor as it anticipates going into production or increase in accounting complexity

in this case the company has gone from a small midtier firm to a firm that I doubt anyone here has ever heard of! RED FLAG

my guess is the previous auditors caught on to all the bs that this company was spinning and got out with their hands clean before shit hits the fan

Ill give these auditors the benefit of the doubt however, maybe a fresh set of eyes will prompt them to formally lodge a complaint to asic with towards to all the shadow directors and undisclosed related party transactions
