I've been watching this stock and also listed to Luke Winchester and Gaurav Soni giving their views on the stock. Both analysts raised what you would call red flags with not only the change of auditor but also the timing of the acquisitions. Luke's point about the IP concerned me as I thought their IP was strong- maybe someone holding can add some better insight on this?
It's in the right place and I hope it does well over the next 12 months to prove up what could/should be a great business.
