I was looking through VR1's financial statements and saw that Derek Hall moved from CFO to Company Secretary, which is admittedly not ideal corporate governance.
Then it came to me reading this announcement that the auditor is from WA and we know that Bert Mondello is from Subiaco.
At this time, Hall Chadwick WA is the auditor for both Streamplay Studio Limited (SP8), formerly Emerge Gaming (EM1) and VR1. Furthermore, VR1's previous auditor RSM was hired as a strategic advisor for EM1 when the share transactions to the Chairman's family occured.
