I believe what would be optimal is to have an international auditor/accountant as the majority of VR1's operations are situated internationally while auditing head office as well.
For this company to mature, certain individuals must move on and especially when you consider the record of overseeing a cratering share price while elected to an Executive position on the Board of Directors at another company
All of this of course also includes strengthening corporate governance, board independence and full disclosure of any and all potential conflicts of interest.
