All good Questions Johnny , AND I CANT ANSWER THEM...all,what i can add is the Mining and Energy ministers office is also wanting a decision ASAP so they can attend to Ml,s and other matters that will be related to the advancement of the Nickel Mine and WG.
so in short we are not alone and i think if as some suggest this went on until April, we may find the Government changing and introducing
new laws that prevent what has happened and they can make those laws retrospective , they are under commonwealth law . lets just hope its not long now, we do not need the CoA reconvening to get a decision we only need notification from the Chairman that they have reached a conclusion and or a decision, all my opinion ...cheers
