    Hi Padmore,

    Could you please enlighten me with what is going on with the previous management team. Are the new Board much better than previous? We might see some pressure in stock price if the old board are selling their shares in the open market especially the volume is really low. Hopefully the new board member can tell Gladiator story better to the market.
