It would be disappointing if it didn't get up the reason being is that the Major shareholder would most likely then start to creep up the register or make a takeover offer at current levels keeping all the upside to herself.
The agreement with the manager is reasonable and is not driving a huge amount of fees and with the board & management changes the initial costs will be offset.
At some stage I suspect that the electrical business will be sold if the buyers are prepared to pay up for it.
