There is one other point the document implies that the major shareholder will not sell into the buyback. It looks like the buyback price may well be unattractive as I calculate the moving average to be around $1.13 to $1.16 I cannot see the ASX 200 moving much or more importantly possible only down.
I would like a commitment to not sell into the facility from the major shareholder...
At the end of reading this again I still have far too many questions.
