Your correct has from ' so to speak' Glennon is founder and MD of Glennon Small Company LTD listed on the ASX as GCI. It would seem he has plenty on his plate with his listed investment company with out involvement in CMI. The investment results for October 2016 for GCI was - 3%

You are also correct the prospectus refers to unlisted securities and not unlisted trusts but warns of issues with exiting such investments.

I think money invested in CMI may be better invested at Randwick on Saturday and I will quickly know the outcome !
