I suspect that CMI will end up being a dividend machine over time.
The electrical business will be milked, while the investments will deliver growth and dividends.
If the resource market turns around then the electrical business will deliver significantly bigger returns.
The changes made at the board and senior management levels should offset the cost of the manager. It will the be up to the manager to deliver better returns than cash in the bank! which I suspect they will
It is an investment worth holding!
