So Anthony didn't resign, he was terminated! So it came from the Board.
If was about personal matters, Anothony would have resigned. Therefore, the decision must have been for business reasons regarding WISR, according to the board. But the market brief does not indicate the basis of the termination.
So where was John Nantes, as chairperson of the board, in this decision by the board.
