So a new CEO who didn’t want to relocate, hadn’t purchased any shares, had a skill base that didn’t seem to align that well with the current technologies, vs a CTO who has been with the company a long time and has led the development of the current products. I know who I’d pick as CEO. Good on the board for making what must have been a tough decision.
