    Ceo selection is a big talent hunt and things are discussed before appointment. If the person has failed to relocate in 6 months clearly shows board was not updating shareholders. Sudden announcement and f* up the share price to me is poor business Strategy and highlights board incompetency.

    I am big shareholder and impacted by this and will bluntly tell what I feel.
