The silver lining in the dark cloud is, the next person who takes on the CEO role at PNV will be doing so with eyeswide open.
Expectations of result(s) are high. Mediocrity is not acceptable. And that snowflakes should not apply for the role.
While we can control what happens around the world, I reckon this could be a good thing.
