They've resolved any outstanding issues and removed the uncertainty. Also, recruiting for a CEO who is based in Australia, rather than working remotely, makes a lot of sense and is the trend amongst successful business. These two items will likely boost the share price near term, and management can return their focus to the fundamentals of growing a great company.
