DW has done more for this company than the booted CEO has ever achieved during his tenure.
At the end of the day his performance didn’t align with his LTI’s and more importantly the share price.
We are all investors and want share price appreciation (Our LTI) and under the punted CEO this didn’t happen..fact!
If you don’t like DW fair enough but to think the Chairman is to blame for the lack growth in sales and SP is just fanciful.
Lets see who and when we find a replacement, my thinking says it will be sooner rather than later as we have best in class technology that is achieving new standard of care results and the successful applicant will be top notch and not coming out of retirement!
