Agree on all your points @thunderhead1 ... the timing, days after the CEO contract renewal, is curious too. I'm seeing results only propped up by debt sales towards end of each year, rather than organic profit growth -- and I also recall the CEO criticised debt sales when he first took over as "stealing future profits" and something to be avoided. Now they seem hooked.
