As stated in prior post - no suprises here. Glenn Day has been at company almost since inception and like all businesses staff eventually move on. I view these types of inevitable moves as an opportunity for the business to bring in new ideas, perspectives and energy. If you were able to watch the last update you would have seen the depth and calibre of the executive team they put together - there were no china dolls there.
