I’ve never seen a class action against an ASX listed company benefit the average shareholder.
I think that most the holders of KFE are waiting for the next stage to finally begin. Once it does, we are all going to be glad we stayed strong.
Once we announce funding for next stage, plus Mindiver funding, we will be extremely derisked.
At 2c it feels like a steal, if the new board can hit their targets we should be charging.
