Oh dear - this company has changed personnel more times than i have had hot breakfasts - what a disaster!!! So for all the young players out there lets recap what has happened since 1 January.
* CEO - left the building in May
* 1st CFO - Gone after a few months
* Head of Product - gone in June
* Head of Sales - gone in June
* Head of Stockbroking Sales - gone in June
* Non-Executive Director - gone in July
* Head of Operations in Melbourne - gone in July
* 9 out of 15 Sydney Operations staff gone
* Victorian Sales Manager - gone in August
* COO - gone recently
* Other staff across Sydney and Melbourne - gone
* Chairman - gone yesterday
Not bad staff turnover for a $22m market cap company. Some of these roles have been replaced - but the question is WHY have people left - no one has bothered to ask this very simple question.
